Ordering

Orders may be placed either through our certified, secured and encrypted shopping cart on our web site or through our Customer Service Department at +256 0800 280 040. By placing an order with Edge Technologies Limited, you are agreeing to the total UGX amount of the sale, and that Edge Techologies Limited is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by Edge Techologies Limited.

Terms

Payment is due before shipment, unless other terms have been negotiated. We accept Mobile Marchant Codes(Airtel and MTN), COD, and government and educational institutions may apply for payment terms other than prepaid. These terms will be determined based on overall payment history and financial ability to pay for all goods purchased. Please allow 10-15 business days for application processing. Upon approval for terms, if an account reaches its set credit limit, further shipments may be placed on "hold" status until the amount over the limit is paid.

Accuracy

Edge Techologies Limited attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Edge Techologies Limited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
